Is it the FrontLine Spray Treatment effective?

The FrontLine Spray Treatment is designed to prevent the infestation with fleas
and other harming parasites for your pet. It is a great combination made of chemical
products that will kill the parasites without harming your pet. FrontLine Spray
Treatment is made out of fipronile and excipient, two substances that reduces the
GABA complex, blocking the transfer of chloride at the same time.


The FrontLine Spray Treatment is specially designed for external use, and you can
find it as a spray.

Administrating the FrontLine Spray Treatment

It must be applied on the whole body of the pet, from a distance of approximately 10-
20 centimeters. You will have to arrange the fur, especially for the animals with a
long hair, so the product will come into contact directly to the skin. You must also let
the fur dry well. In any case, don’t rub the pet with the towel after using the treatment.

If you want the product to reach the skin, you must consider the length of the hair.
You will have to apply 3-6 ml on one kilogram of weight (7-10 milligrams of
substance for adult dogs)

The FrontLine Spray Treatment is active for a few weeks against the fleas and
other parasites.

Precautions:

the product won’t have any harmful effects even if it is combined with other
treatments.

The FrontLine Spray Treatment is not recommended in the next situations:

Keep away from heat sources

The solution is used for eliminating the parasites and it can be found under the form
of capsules and sprays. The solution is also effective against the allergenic dermatitis
for dogs, preventing the spawn of fleas by stopping the development of the eggs.
Frontline Spray is a treatment that kills flea trough direct contact. The solution won’t
get pass the blood of the dog, as it concentrates in the sebum of the skin, being stored
in the sebum glands. Frontline is characterized by its long effect, being resistant to
rain, baths and shampoos.

You must allow 48 hours between application and exposal to water, and make sure
not to bath the pet from more than tow times a week during the treatment. Frontline is
efficient even after a bath with shampoo.
